Years of being his patient he closed his doors, disconnected his phone, and abandoned many if not all of his patients. I was worried something had happened to him or a family member but found out different. I plan on filing formal complaints with the medical board etc. because this falls under medical malpractice. He knew back in Sept. yet he, his wife, and/or his daughter said nothing and even scheduled my next appointment knowing they would be long gone. He has left me in a horrible position.
