Beware. Called twice within a 6 month period. First call a tech came out. Was told he was going to write up an estimate and send it to me. I was told I had to pay 50 up front for this tech to show up, he walked the property, got in his van and drove off never heard from him again. Next time was told to contact another company,
They came out and did absolutely nothing, no attempt at unclogging my pipes, only suggested another service just to try and charge my card for $160!!! I'm willing to fight this in court. Total waste of my time and then charge me that much for nothing. Zero stars is what I want to put.
Graham-Simon (Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical), in Elkins, WVa provided great service to our family. The technicians arrived on time, were knowledgeable, polite and so efficient. I cannot say enough to compliment plumbers (Jim and Dalton) and electrician (Ryan). Office manager (Sara) was superb in making and coordinating scheduling and billing. If you live in north central West Virginia, you can be assured of dependable and excellent work with Graham-Simon.
Our experience with the GSP company was very positive. Many thanks to Cesar who expertly took care of our plumbing issue (unblocked pipe and installed a new new toilet). His work ethics is admirable! We highly recommend Cesar and GSP.
They responded to my call for help promptly. Had work done and ran into a few problems. Thanks to the Clarksburg office, in particular, Jacob, who contacted me and was determined to make things right. Thank you to Christie, who is your first contact, for being so pleasant and helpful. Big thanks to Butch and Russ, who went out of their way to make sure they had a satisfied customer and truly took pride in their job. I will have no problem referring this company/office.
