We live an hour from Elkins, and the guys came on time, identified our leak, and fixed it in about an hour. Will use them again.
Call was answered courteously and Mike c and Caesar arrived early Monday and fixed the problem. They were very courteous and professional and quickly completed the job and cleaned up the area. I have used GSP many times and highly recommend them.
A few weeks ago we had two technicians, Caesar and Kevin, come out to check a leak and install an outdoor spigot at our house. They were friendly, communicative, and did excellent work. We’ll definitely call Graham Simon for any future plumbing needs and hope to get Caesar or Kevin again.
Beware. Called twice within a 6 month period. First call a tech came out. Was told he was going to write up an estimate and send it to me. I was told I had to pay 50 up front for this tech to show up, he walked the property, got in his van and drove off never heard from him again. Next time was told to contact another company,
They came out and did absolutely nothing, no attempt at unclogging my pipes, only suggested another service just to try and charge my card for $160!!! I'm willing to fight this in court. Total waste of my time and then charge me that much for nothing. Zero stars is what I want to put.
