I had an appointment booked for Friday 12th April 2023 for between 12.00 --17.00. I stayed in ALL DAY , on the of chance the engineer may be early. But no-one called . At 17.10 I then phoned seven times to the office but no answer. So I had a full completely wasted day . No body contacted me to say otherwise (ie) running late etc . This is a shocking service at a cost of £147 (not paid yet) I would have expected better I made the appointment on the 2nd April via the phone ,received an email & letter to confirm .
