They always call when they are on the way...and arrive well within the appointed time. I have a tremendous amount of confidence in Jonathon. He is great at explaining the details. Graham Plumbing has a team of true professionals! My tenant and I learned a great deal while watching Benjamin and Chris working each day that one of them came. I will refer no one else but them. I highly recommend this company!!
We used them to source and replace 3 toilets that were 50 years old. They were able to give a quote for replacing the toilets over the phone without having to set up a separate appointment for someone to meet us at the house. They even quoted the worst case scenario (if they had to replace the flange). Setting up the install date was super easy and they had openings within a day or so to do the work. They showed up on time and were quick to install everything for the base cost that they quoted.
