Manager needs an attitude adjustment
very very rude manager Mark, totally unacceptable the way I was spoken to when I came to collect a part which was delivered to the incorrect address.
I needed details of how to operate a water/heating controller installed in a retirement new-build property but could not find an instruction booklet on the web. Graham's very kindly sorted this out for me even though I had no idea where the unit had been purchased from. First class customer service - thanks Tony at Bracknell - and very much appreciated.
