Very helpful, they were out of the ear drops and offered to check with the downtown location, or if I could wait they would have them ordered and ready for next day. Downtown location had it and so she was going with this option, but the pharmacist was able to substitute for a similar product and fill it right then.
My wife has Myeloma and has a compromised immune system. She came down with the flu and was prescribed Tamiflu and a cough suppressant. The first time I went to Graham Pharmacy they only gave me the cough suppressant. I had to go back to Graham Pharmacy and then they told me they didn't have the prescription. The third person I talked to finally found it I the unfilled list. Shouldn't that be standard procedure? This could seriously harm my wife's health by not getting this in a timely manner.
