Staff was fantastic, and helped my son and I pick out new glasses for the first time. We already scheduled our exams for next year!
Hands down, the friendliest office I've ever been to! My appointment is over...but I want to go back! Both the the girls up front were extremely helpful with insurance and so polite too. The doctor was very knowledgeable. The wait was short, and the time I spent with the doctor was perfect, not just 5 minutes like the big place in medford. I would highly recommend to all.
The receptionist was very rude. I received the bill afterwards with the wrong patient name. Again the receptionist was very rude. The dentist is good but his staff is not very nice, I will not be recommending them.
I decided to go to this office because I heard that they matched contact lens prices, and because the doctor seemed very qualified. Before seeing the doctor I completed the typical paperwork, and waited less than 5 minutes. The doctor did all of the work (and did not have a tech do anything). I was also happy that he does not do the air puff test. Instead he uses another method to get the same data. Overall, I could not be more pelased with my visit. I will be returning, and recommending to all.
I just had my 1st exam with Dr. McPartland. He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient in the exam room. The staff was very friendly. My wait time was less than 10 minutes! Highly recommended!
