Ceiling is leaking in my master bedroom. Requested maintenance twice, they didnt take it seriously and just put temporary sealant. Now the leak has gotten bigger and finally they call a professional. They really take “third time is the charm” seriously here. Forecast said it is going to rain everyday this week and the professional won’t come until next week. Well, this is not exactly the pool party I was looking forward to. Great job team!
