Do your research. Between the opaque costs and automated responses, we had an awful experience. We ended up with a “20 week” smile express option for our elementary age child who wanted braces and had just minor cosmetic concerns. It was over 5k paid at the initial appointment and when we later requested a cost breakdown were just given a line with contract price and they were unwilling to provide anything else. Non stop spam email and texts with high pressure sales tactics. They spent more time having me look at finance options than they did actually reviewing my case. Was ignored at every turn with absolutely zero consideration given to what I am actually experiencing. Only focus was how to finance Invisalign. They give and advertise discounts for positive reviews. Beware. Wolves in sheep’s clothing.
