My husband has been seeing Dr Graham since 2019. Great doctor, office, and hospital.
The front desk staff is wonderful, but that’s where the good experience ends abruptly. The medical assistant/nurse (I’m not sure because she never introduced herself) was rude and unprofessional. Michael Graham was terrible. He has no concern or compassion for the patient. He is too worried about going on vacation to care about taking care of you. We left and immediately went to the hospital. Terrible doctor. Completely lacks empathy or social skills. Do not go there. I went there with a demented elderly. There are better doctors who take their oath seriously.
