Believe the bad reviews on here. One of the absolutely worst doctors I have ever had to deal with. He rarely responds to messages on their stupid app they want you to use, and you can never get ahold of the office directly — you have to go through a call center to leave a message, and you’re lucky if you ever get a call back. If you do, don’t bother having any other questions for the doctor, because the so-called nurses who call you back can’t answer anything — they have to check back with the doctor, and then you never get ... read more
My husband has been seeing Dr Graham since 2019. Great doctor, office, and hospital.
The front desk staff is wonderful, but that’s where the good experience ends abruptly. The medical assistant/nurse (I’m not sure because she never introduced herself) was rude and unprofessional. Michael Graham was terrible. He has no concern or compassion for the patient. He is too worried about going on vacation to care about taking care of you. We left and immediately went to the hospital.
