I ordered a dozen roses from Graham and Lane to have them delivered as a surprise to a restaurant downtown for my wife's birthday. On the day of the dinner reservation, Graham and Lane contacted me saying the restaurant we had a reservation with for over 2 weeks was temporarily closed!
