I was incredibly happy with Dan and his service. I had a local company in St Johns out originally for a quote for a new furnace. They threw a typical sales pitch, gave three options and tried hard to push the extras that weren't needed - sure, would have added some extra comfort, but absolutely not needed. Dan was quick, efficient, and my furnace was installed within two days of contacting him. It was a difficult job, he was professional, respectful, he even swept the floor after the job was finished. I am very satisfied and I'm grateful to have heat in my home again. Thanks Dan!
My parents have been long term customers of Dans, they purchased their first AC unit from him in 1996. In 2021 he installed a new AC unit at their house. A month or so ago that unit broke so my dad called Dan who said he would be coming out in the next few days, he never showed up and he never called. 3 weeks later, my parents called another AC company who came out and said the units condenser broke and that the AC should be under warranty. So they called Dan again, who did come out and confirmed that the condenser is broke.... read more
Dan was a huge help when during a very cold winter snap he came out and took a look at my ailing furnace. We discussed alternative and gave me a reasonable estimate. He did the installation in a day. It wasn't an easy go of it being a crawl space. I highly recommend.
Worst company I ever dealt with ! Never returned calls or messages ! When I did contact them they got angered because I asked questions on the equipment and it's cost and labor !! I wanted to know what was for equipment and what was for labor !! When they came all I get was verbal !!
