Graham's technician, Krystian, was on time and presentable for the multi-point inspection of the Trane residential split HVAC system. He was uncommonly intelligent, patient, and a good communicator. He completed a thorough inspection and, in the body of the invoice, provided an excellent narrative describing his findings. he exceeded my expectations in every respect of the assigned work effort. I am able to strongly recommend Krystian for this kind of work.
This company is beyond unprofessional, I've told them multiple times to stop contacting me and they continue to after I have told them multiple times please mark me as DO NOT CONTACT, and have my information removed from your list. The one time that I did receive service from their company it was a complete joke, the service technician went around back looked at my AC and told me you have an old unit
The technician was very prompt and did a great job of inspecting my AC system as well as explaining the results.
The guys were very professional and cleaned up after their job. They explained how to do the thermostat to me. They were very accommodating.
