I finally replaced my old system a few months ago. Of course I haven't turned on the heat until yesterday. Found out it didn't work. I called and left a message. I didn't expect service that day since it was Veterans Day. George came that morning determined to get my heat going. He had to pick up some parts, do another job far from here, and yet finished his day getting me heat. Excellent person and service. Thank you George.
Quinton was excellent. Explained everything he was going to do. I felt very comfortable and completely understood everything. I would recommend Quinton and Graham Heating and Cooling to everyone. Graham heating and Air is very disrespectful of my time. After purchasing a whole new system from them ($11,000), including a 10 year maintence package, they continually show up late or cancel my appointments for maintenence. They push off the blame and don't take responsibility for wasting my time. If I could, I would cancel my business with them.
