We purchased a refurbished golf cart 8/14. We worked with Charlie through out the entire deal. Traded in a very old cart. Well worth it. Our new golf cart (new to us) is really very nice. Charlie explained everything about the features and made us feel totally satisfied. We are enjoying our new cart very much. Thank you for the great service and staff that worked with us. Grahams did a great job repairing our golf cart that we purchased from them several years ago they picked it up from my house repaired it the next day charge a very reasonable fee and returned it to the same exact spot they picked it up from about 24 hours later very impressed highly recommend
I just had to take a moment to recognize Carol at Graham Golf Carts in Oceanside Village for the absolutely wonderful customer service we received today, Sunday, August 9th! When we walked up to the golf cart rental window, we were greeted by Carol, who immediately welcomed us with such a pleasant and friendly attitude. The folks here are all friendly and the prices are very competitive with the other shops in town. I do 99.9% of everything for myself, but for the jobs I don't have the equipment for, like changing worn tires, I'll come here every time. Just make sure to catch the parts and service guy at the counter for parts and service because the sales guys have no idea about those operations.
Had to get a ezgo charger from them they were very helpful
