Graham was referred to my partner and I through Creekside Mortgage and it felt like we struck gold! He's extremely knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with. Graham got us under contract on what we thought was a great property on the Washington coast. After hours of research and communication with specialists including title / escrow, he advised us that this would be a very difficult property to purchase and would potentially put us in jeopardy down the road for resale. He didn’t want to just “make the sale” he looked out for our best interest and we ended up not purchasing the property and we feel very grateful that we dodged a bullet and Graham had our best interest in mind.
