This is easily my favorite gym. I feel like all my needs are met. I have successfully lost weight doing work outs. My favorite thing is for sure the pool. It provides a great work out without harming your joints. The manager is great about communicating and helping as well. She has personally assist me several times. I highly recommend making this your home gym.
