Dentists are incredibly unprofessional and used profanity in front of our child and refused to treat him and started yelling at us when we were leaving. They even tried to bill us for a treatment our insurance completely covered and tried making up a reason. Predatory business, not healthcare

The worst treatment ever experienced! My daughter was charged for a cleaning which the doctor only did a couple scrapes and then ridiculed her hygiene attempts rather than showing her. I have no idea where the usual cleaning assistant was or why they scheduled a cleaning without her there, yet Billed my insurance for both cleaning and an exam which usually would have normally taken 45mns only took 15mns. Don't go here. They're a rip off. The very first appointment I was greeted very harshly because I didn't answer my phone to confirm my appointment while I was at WORK. The call told me they almost called one of their current clients to come in because I didn't confirm my son's appointment. Then I was quoted a price that would be my payment after insurance tool care of their portion. The 2nd appointment I paid like $100 over what I was quoted, just in case. I went to Graham Dental for the first time and was very satisfied with the experience. Every one was professional and Dr Graham explained everything very well so I could understand it. I will definitely go back when I need to.
