Had an issue and went to urgent care, was told they don't take my insurance. Went to my regular Dr thinking I'll just wait as a walk in. They had a sign that said no walk ins and when I mentioned what was wrong they suggested the ER. Stopped here to see if by chance they could get me in and she worked me right in and helped me with my problem. She was nice and checked me out very well.
It started off great with this clinic. She's a one woman show and we were able to get in relatively quickly. However it has seriously gone downhill during the last 5 months that we have been using her. I'm finally giving up. I have an undiagnosed medical issue, but she isn't knowledgeable enough to give me direction or really to assist. She was trying in the beginning, but now I've been trying to get in touch with her for a month just to get a referral sent over and no one will answer any phones, no one will call back. Will not go anywhere else. She is amazing with her patients of all ages. From my momma to my youngest son she is great with us all! Willing to listen to your concerns and not rush you through an appointment or walk in. I can't say enough good stuff about her. She is willing to go above and beyond to find out what any problem is and take the time to explain everything!
At first she was great. Can't get no one to answer the phones. She's just not qualified for anything other than a cold. Takes too long to even get tests results back. They say they will call back and never do. Just happy I have found a Dr. with qualifications.
Excellent health care provider! Tammy takes her time with you during your exam, is very personable, and treats you like a member of her family. She is flexible and even has after hours available with telehealth. I highly recommend her for all of your Healthcare needs!
