After a semi truck went down our street and pulled the electrical mast off homes, I started calling electrical companies. Being a Friday on a long weekend I received many "no answers or leave messages". Not Jim, he answer the call, and he and his sons were on there way. He ended up fixing 3 of the four neighbors electrical masts and we had power back within 8 hours of the truck taking down the mast of my home.
