I went to Graham Crispe Auto Electrical in Pukekohe. I went there to get my speedo fixed. They charged me $85 to look at it. They said there were no faults and it was going. I drove off 10 metres up the road and it stopped working again. I took it back and they charged me another $85 again to look at it. And this time, oh yeah, there is some thing wrong with it.. Told my mom to take her car here to find out what was wrong with her car as was having to replace her headlights too often she had been somewhere before here and the person said it must just be a problem with the make or model. After coming here she hasn’t seemed to have any problems as before it was fixed she had to replace her headlights after two or so weeks of having new ones replaced. Great work and communication. I found this company was very good to deal with. They communicated with me with everything I needed to know. They fitted me in as early as they could and as a woman going to a male oriented work place I would definitely deal with them again. I would also recommend them to anyone that asks for a place to go to.
Excellent customer service from the Ladies at the front desk to gettting the job done (10/10).I brought my car in today to have it accessed because the highlight was nolonger working. I was already told by another machanic that the complete unit needed to be replaced and it would cost me aprox $1,400. After having it looked at by Graham machanics It turns out it was only a blown fuse on the right side headlight. In the end it costed me only $63.79.
