I had to put my sweet old lady DuckieDog down after months of health issues. They were sincere and understanding. They took us back in a private comfy room and let me hold my girl the whole time, gave us space to grieve. They made this very difficult time easier on us and I couldn't thank them enough. They were there for Duck while she was alive helping with all her health issues. They're knowledgeable and kind and I couldn't recommend them more
They are so friendly that my dog even loves going!
I called at 5:27 PM on July 14 to book a check-up for my cat. Someone picked up, told me to “hold on a sec,” and left me hanging for a few minutes… only to hang up on me. And surprise, surprise—their closing time was 5:30 PM. Guess customer service ends exactly when the clock hits. If your staff can’t handle one last call without slamming the phone, maybe just don’t answer at all. Unprofessional and disappointing.
