Kris the nurse over there is very curt, rude and abnoxious! She never lets me speak and treated me as if I was annoying her for asking questions!

Good doctor, but we always have to wait for an hour. It may be acceptable once or twice, but not as a ritual during every visit - particularly if it is an afternoon appointment. Both my wife and I had our followup appointments at 3:10pm, we arrived at 2:50pm to learn the doctor is running over an hour behind (as usual). Upon request, our appointments were cancelled. Dr. Graham is literally the nicest doctor I have ever been to! I have suffered with reoccurring sinus and ear infections my entire adult life and couldn't get a doctor to take me seriously and not just throw antibiotics at me. She listened and we both decided surgery was best. She took her time explaining what surgery would look like and made sure to let me know exactly what I was in for. Adult tonsilectomies are rough! I want to first say that Dr. Graham is amazing. The office in McKinney itself is another story. On multiple occasions I have called the office to never get through. I also, have called on multiple occasions and had the message tell me their phone hours and to call back during those hours! I’ve called all day during those hours and still receive the same message. I had originally given Dr. Graham 5 stars. She is a lovely woman. I was working in McKinney when I began weekly for allergy injections. Since then, I have transferred to Richardson. The majority of the office staff is pleasant. I had a horrible experience this week with an extremely disrespectful receptionist (Amber). I have spoken to the Office Manager (Crystal).
