They called me the day before to confirm my appointment, and when I arrived, the office was closed and no one answered the phone. They didn't call me to let me know it was going to be closed. They made me miss a day of work. The worst service.
One Receptionist was a very rude, And I was supposed to be seen by Dr. Graham, but The receptionist just sprung dr. Hoffman on me. they didn’t even bother to tell me that Dr Graham wasn’t there and that I couldn’t see her. A very, very unprofessional office, it smelt in there when I walked in because they were eating their food, they shouldn’t be eating at the reception desk. The worst experience I’ve ever had. What is going on with the two front desk staff? They called me, told me I had an appointment, so I drove 40 minutes to get there—only to find out it wasn’t even my name or file. They had called the wrong person entirely. This is not just careless, it’s completely unprofessional and a total waste of my time.
No show at my mother's appointment last week. No call, no notice. I had to miss work to drive her. We showed up to a sign that didn't even explain why they were closed despite their answering machine saying they are open. Unprofessional and lack common courtesy
Disorganized and unprofessional. Didn't call to let me know their office is closed. Went to my appointment and was greeted with a sign on the door even though their office was supposed to be open. "Nurse" doing prick test needs to either retire or get her eyes checked. Receptionists book appointments without having a clue whether "doctor" will be in or not and then will blame you for showing up for your appointment on time.
