I’m 78. Had one surgery in my life. So I was apprehensive before my appointment with Dr. Bundy. My apprehension didn’t last. He was thoughtful, very generous with his time and very easy to talk to. He spent well over 30 minutes with me, answered all of my questions, reviewed my CT scan with me and it was decided that surgery, right now, maybe not be my best option. Pleasant well informed staff Dr. Bundy was straight forward and informative
I am extremely disappointed with how my appointment was handled. I waited a long time for this referral and appointment, and I had already expressed concern about delays in my care. After finally arriving for my scheduled appointment, I was told that I would not be seen and that I needed to see a pulmonologist instead. If my referral or medical records were not appropriate for this specialist, this should have been identified before I waited weeks and traveled to the appointment.
