Dr. Bundy performed surgery on me after I entered the emergency room at Henrico doctors suffering with too much fluid around the pericardial sac that covers the heart. I was up walking the next day and I am now back to my hour walk everyday at home. As suggested I am beginning to do more things but at a deliberate pace. Based on my experience I would highly recommend Dr. Bundy and his staff.
Dr Bundy did surgery on my heart (open heart replacing the mitral valve) and he is a wonderful doctor. Very knowledgeable and excellent bedside manner. I would trust him to do it all again and would recommend him to family and friends. His staff is excellent to work with as well.
Dr. Bundy explained my health issues thoroughly and in an understandable manner. He took a lot of time with me. I trust his opinion and his skills in every way.
Ten years ago Dr. Bundy performed an emergency surgery on me called the "widow maker" because of the severity of my condition. I firmly believe that the only reason I am here today to talk about it is due to his exceptional dedication to his speciality. Several doctors I saw when I arrived at the emergency room expressed amazement to me when they saw me several days later in ICU. Due to another condition I was referred to him and based on our history i will not doubt his recommendation.
My experience with Dr. Bundy was nothing short of outstanding. He was well-prepared for my visit (kudos go to his office staff for a lot of this) and listened to what I had to say. In the end, he gave me the information I needed to make an decision, to include his own opinion, on the way ahead. I highly recommend Dr. Bundy.
He was great. Communicated very well and was very clear. Also, he spent as much time with us as we needed. There was no rushing. After surgery, he was the same with my spouse and family in explaining how I did, what he did and answering their questions. I have no problems recommending him to others.
Excellent professionalism, care for the patient, guidance through the process with up front expectations to let you know what to expect.
Dr. Bundy took time to explain findings and answers all of my questions. I didn't feel rushed as he took all the time I needed for my visit. His staff were very courteous and friendly. I recommend Dr. BUNDY and his practice to those who need a cardiiothoracic surgeon.
