Great customer service easy to deal with..
Unlike grahams daughters who used to ran the lunch bar there, the bloke running the wreckers now (tony i think is his name) has no customer service skills whatsoever. Also I'd be careful getting parts from this guy as he told me, he would not sell me any parts unless I bring in my faulty part to replace it. This tells me they have a yard full of faulty parts they repeatedly sell/scam people with.
That was rude of the person I asked you to have any jeep Cherokees he said no hand hang up I couldn’t even finish my sentence. I’m not going back there again or calling you so rude.
Spoke to Terry on the phone,within 1 hr of the call,car was picked up and cash settlement done! Amazing business,very very happy! Highly recommend,for fast no fuss service,i would recommend graham auto wreckers to everyone!
