I purchased some parts from this business and the parts themselves were exactly as described, with no issues at all. Unfortunately, the customer service experience left a lot to be desired. Communication was poor throughout the process. Messages sent via Facebook Marketplace went unanswered, and on multiple occasions I was told I would receive a callback that never happened.
