“We ordered six rolls of wallpaper for our kitchen and loved it. On the day it was being installed (by a professional) he was half way done when he noticed that the same exact print came from 2 different batches. The result was that the colors were not identical. We were extremely disappointed and annoyed. Did you know that you have to look at the specific batch numbers even though you order 1 pattern? I did not. Loved the website and was looking forward to getting samples shipped to my house but never received and customer service was lacking. I paid for the samples, they weren't free.

When I did my order I was told they had 10 left (via phone call with the company AND on their website); I waited about a week and still didnt get my order. I called them today and they told me it was a 3-4 week backorder. The only reason im even giving them an extra star is because of the wallpaper is amazing quality. But to me customer service is huge; how the hell would you make me pay for an item you 1) dont have in stock 2) not even sure when OR if your getting the item back in stock 3) not even let me know the updates o... read more
