Graham Body works have been our go to for many years. The professional service from Matt and the team and quality of work is superior. We have had vehicles with major work (Whole sides and cabin damage) and recently front end roo damage. Paint work on our new dark grey metallic vehicle was better than factory matching the plastic bumper to the front metal work perfectly. I'm extremely fussy and could not be more pleased.
Over promising and under delivering, after mentioning need the car 3times at certain date after two weeks not ready when I need the car they said be ready in 2nd week and it’s not , very disappointing , Picked up the car on the Monday after and Matt was very good apologetic due to staff they couldn't get it done but didn't want to do a rush job and because they pride them selves on quality , got home and found runs in the paint and had to spend time taking back and getting that fixed , without taking really any accountabilit... read more
I had a great experience at Graham Bodywork’s Greensborough today when I enquired about the cost of repairing a minor scratch on my car door. The guy that served me checked out the damage, he then promptly grabbed some polish and a cloth from the workshop and removed the scratch on the spot. He made no fuss and was happy to help me out. He genuinely made my day!
