Never responded to email OR voicemail for service. It’s a slight drive but Lithia in Roseburg gained this customer. They responded almost instantaneously. .
Honestly terrible customer service, sketchy mechanics and they just want to take your money.
Just purchased a 2025 ram cummins from Bay Area CJDR. Had a fantastic experience purchased the truck for the price i asked for, which was fantastic, without any issue. No fighting no anxiety. Great experience! Amanda and Brian where so nice, pleasant and knowledgeable it made the experience absolutely fantastic. Would definitely return to buy again. Thanks you to all the staff that helped in my purchase greatly appreciated.
