Rental application has been declined without any explanation. Furthermore, throughout my several call to office, I encountered rude and unprofessional behavior. Despite my attempts to seek further documentation to increase my chances, I was met with dismissive and disrespectful responses. The lack of transparency regarding the reasons for the application decline has left me feeling frustrated . Never ever recommend any owner to use there any real estate services.
Graham has been amazing to talk to throughout the buying process. Him and his team have provided professional advice with the utmost efficiency and honesty to help us purchase a house. Thank you once again for all the help!
