Amazing service from start to finish. One of, if not the best reproduction vets in Ontario. We had to have an emergency c section for our litter last year and not only did they do an incredible job with mom and the babies, but they stayed very late into the night to ensure I was comfortable with the tube feeding process for one of my puppies before I left. I cannot recommend the staff and hospital enough. Had to let my baby go yesterday and they made it alot less heavier. Very thankful for the team here at Graham Animal hospital. The room for euthanasia is absolutely perfect as well. Thank you again in making a really awful situation a lot less awful. ❣️
I have not been a in person client yet - I was set up to come to the reproductive team at Graham once my female was in heat at the end of summer. Sadly we lost her 2 weeks ago to Kidney Failure completely unexpected. Graham doesnt know me personally and has never met her, but yesterday in the mail I received a beautiful condolences card. It brang tears to my eyes and restored faith in our dog community. In the future, for any reproductive needs I will be coming here.
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Graham Animal Hospital. Their clinic came highly recommended to us, and they truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was simply amazing, professional, and incredibly accommodating with our Winnie, who is a 100 lb Boxador. Dr. Rasa and her team are so kind and considerate. Sadly, we had to say goodbye to our beautiful family cat Timmy. The whole team provided such compassionate care and stayed late to ensure they provided all the information to make the best decisions at a most difficult time. I will always remember their thoughtfulness and care.
