I have been going to Graham and associates for over 20 years. Have always had exceptional service. They always know the latest nuances of personal taxes. If you need taxes or accounting either personal or business there is no better place to go. Ask for Wendy she is the best.
Have never had a receptionist huff with disapproval over a couple questions. I left without continuing business with them.
Definitely not a good impression. Whoever answered the phone today has no critical thinking skills. I’m looking for a new accountant and called to obtain information. I was completely blown off as she assumed I was looking for tax year 2025 and had no ability to ask questions regarding my needs. She also failed to ask for contact information so someone could follow up at a later date. Unprofessional is my first impression. The receptionist made the accounting firm feel like people are just numbers.
Fantastic accounting services. Wonderful people. I've been using them for about 30 years. Always pleased with the service.
