Overall the window replacement was well done. However $495 for below average customer service and business handling resulting in a 2 star review. We had a hole in a double pane, upper half bedroom window. $495 seemed excessive. We were told 2 weeks for materials to come in prior to installation. It took over a month and every time I called to check the status the woman working the phone was extremely rude. Miraculously the final time I called the materials showed up. Recently had them install a new transient window over our french door, and couldn't be happier with their service!
They are the best hands down. If you use someone else you might as well throw your money away
This business is great. They are best hands down. The staff is professional and courteous. They have done work for me and my wife several times All of the work they have done to my building and home is impeccable. They have done gorgeous windows, screened in porches and glass showers that are better than any I have seen. Using anyone else would be a mistake.
They replaced every window in our building as well as a custom vestibule. Beautiful work that is done by amazing people. It is great to see family owned and operated businesses serving our community.
