The window replacement looks great and the install itself was really quick. Those are the most important things for me. It did take longer than expected to get the glass and I had to follow up to schedule the install. That said - my case wasn't an emergency at all - so this wasn't critical to me. I'd use them again.
Great service. One of our windows had a broken seal. The repair process was very convenient. Definitely recommend them for all your windows repair or any glass related peojects.
Overall the window replacement was well done. However $495 for below average customer service and business handling resulting in a 2 star review. We had a hole in a double pane, upper half bedroom window. $495 seemed excessive. We were told 2 weeks for materials to come in prior to installation. It took over a month and every time I called to check the status the woman working the phone was extremely rude. Miraculously the final time I called the materials showed up. Recently had them install a new transient window over our french door, and couldn't be happier with their service!
They are the best hands down. If you use someone else you might as well throw your money away
