I had a small order with a very high profile and a short deadline. Claire calmly walked me through the options and reassured me that all would be done as requested and on deadline. The order had several small details to work out, so lots of back and forth. But even though the total amount of the order was small, it was treated with utmost care and professionalism as if it were a much larger project.
