Can't get through on the phone. Each time it's a 5 minute wait with AI-generated music playing, then there's an AI assistant who can't assist with anything and won't put you through to a real person. Going to have to go elsewhere after multiple days wasted trying to get through.

the young men is the best and hardest worker i have ever seen
Absolutely useless. I've called 4 times and promised call backs and it never happens. I know they have my part but they are to lazy to undo 4 screws and call me to pick it up. Go anywhere but here.
