I travelled 110 km for a service on my Hyundai i30 sedan. Unfortunately, due to an error, the oil change was completed with a viscosity not recommended by Hyundai. When I got back home, I noticed an error on the invoice and decided to call the service department. The service manager, Craig, was extremely apologetic and immediately arranged to fix the problem.
