Lovely staff
Very professional and friendly team. I have had 2 tests conducted, the team explained the process and were great. Discussion with outcome of tests with Cardiologist (Daniel) was excellent with good explanation. Highly recommend.
I have been to a few different clinics in my life, some good some not so good. Grafton Heart are defiantly one the good ones. The Admin staff are so caring and easy to communicate with and Dr Devenny was so pleasant and informative, He made the whole experience way less stressful. Thank you Grafton Heart
Worst receptionists I have ever encountered. I was getting charged a large sum of money for a monitor that I had to wear, $390 or $224.85 out of pocket. I asked if I get to keep it as the money wasn't a holding fee and according to the admin lady, they "throw it away when they are finished". Staff then started to make faces at each after the question like as if I was a nut and as I was walking out one began to mouth stuff to the other behind my back not expecting me to turn around to see.
