What an expensive blunder on my part. Turned the car in early for the projected 5-day paint/repair job, which was finished (by their standards) a full fifteen workdays later; no explanation or warning and the delay forced me to hire a rental car. So am left to presume every other shop task was judged more important than mine. Finally, the paint match isn't even close, leaving me now to find a professional paint shop. Grafton is a subset of some kind of Auto Haus. You can do better, much better, anywhere else.
