They had my van for 2 months and kept saying they were waiting for a part to arrive. There was nil communication unless I went/called, even after I said to send me an email or text message. Wouldn’t recommend.
Highly recommend, very professional services, and extremely knowledgeable team. All I needed was a CVT transmission, but most other mechanics around Grafton were refusing to touch my car, this amazing team got it in ASAP and the car was ready when they said it would be, and all issues were solved at a reasonable price.
Highly recommended. Needed my car serviced, they were busy and booked out but still managed to schedule me in and get the job done at high standard. Great customer service and reasonable price.
Recently I arrived in Grafton with a problem with my van. As a woman traveling on her own and in a new place I was feeling vulnerable around mechanics but I was recommended to Josh at Grafton Automotive and couldn't have landed in a more receptive, caring, professional and efficient place. Went there today and got my service and blue.slip done. Hassle free. Man some really good down to earth ppl at this place. I don't usually write reviews but these ppl went out of their way for me. It's good to know there are still some nice down to earth ppl about these days. A big thank you to all the ppl at grafton automotive. I won't go anywhere else now.
