A good bunch of very friendly, helpful staff that had Nic on counter who sadly moved on to greener pastures at Australia Post. Tom, the former owner, mentor is sadly missed though. Current owner, Grant, former apprentice of Tom, can only use his father to pass on negative news while he stands behind wall listening. A bizarre story about accusations concerning accusations made by Wayne, manager, concerning damage to a vehicle. Also an argument had with an apprentice, both claims are completely dishonest. Sometimes heros don't wear capes. Sometimes they stay out till 3 in the morning fighting bushfires then go to work the same day to make sure an old menopausal woman has air con and doesn't drop dead from heat stroke on an average Australian day.
