Excellent customer service. Kayla, the customer rep, was extremely helpful and patient. Ben, the tech, was fantastic. Even gave us advice on how to prolong the life of our refrigerator. Keep up the good work guys.
The service exceeded my expectations. Grafton Appliance Repair and my service technician, Joey, kept me informed about the repair. He was friendly and professional. He was able to repair the dishwasher door, and it now works much better. I would strongly recommend their services.

I could not be anymore pleased with the service I received a day ago from Grafton Appliance Repair. Our oven is heating again and the garbage disposal is working too! Hopefully I don’t need to call again, but in case I need to, they are the only one I would trust to get my appliances back up in no time. Thanks a lot!
