Brent from Grafton Air gave good advice on how to install two split aircon units at our house in Maclean for an initial proposal. He made a second visit to go through the details and we revised to a good solution and we’re able to do some preinstall works. The installation went smoothly in one day and the team were helpful to address any details raised and they carried out a good job for us. Updated 7 January 2026 Grafton Air failed to seal the external unit properly on installation, allowing small creatures inside to short out internal workings. Grafton Air did not mention any sealing problems in there inspection but quick to send bills for the inspection and quotes for repairs. If not for other independent Air Conditioning Servicing the cause of the problem would never been known. This could be one way to ensure future call backs.
