No one picks up the phone when you call for information and after walking in the lady there said “I don’t have any information about apartments because I’m not the property manager” very rude and was quick to rush me out , couldn’t even show me a room.
I'm having a great experience living at Grafton Apartments! The location is perfect, and the amenities are always well-maintained. What really stands out, though, is the management. Izzy is an amazing manager to work with—always responsive, helpful, and super friendly. Any issues I have are resolved quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Grafton Apartments, especially with Izzy as the manager!
I should start off by communicating how disrespected I feel after putting in an application (that we paid for, mind you) and being strung along instead of being given a clear answer. We applied to Grafton Apartments on July 1st and for three weeks all I kept hearing is a supervisor will be reviewing my application. The move-in date was even moved.
