Used to be good. Kim has been completely unresponsive and our business has now incurred multiple IRS penalties. Not sure what is going on, but she could have been professional enough to let us know she could no longer handle our business. Now we are left trying to put the pieces back together with a new accountant.
Although it started out really well, Kim completely abandoned my business and failed to file the last 3 years of my taxes, which has resulted in IRS penalties of almost $3000. I ended up hiring a new CPA this year, who had to go directly through the IRS to get information because Kim was completely unresponsive. As a business owner myself, I cannot imagine abandoning my clients and setting them up for failure and confusion like this. Very unprofessional. As far as I know they are doing business with an expired license .
I have used Graffin Associates for several years. Kim and her staff have always been very responsive to my needs and those of my business. Kim has always given my great advice and guidance.
