While the dealership, including the General Manager, was understanding and very courteous the issue I’m having with the 6.2L engine which should be subject to the recall effort for engine defects is going nowhere, seemingly. I’ve seen a number of class action lawsuits regarding this issue filed and will join in on them. It seems that GM, once it takes you money, cares little about real issues of which they should take responsibility for but refuse to. A multi billion dollar company crapping on consumers.
