Love everything about the entire experience from the phone call to Tee Davis about needing tires for my 2023 Blazer to getting super service fron Dan in service department. I am in retail and it's good to get the kind of service in give to my guest!
Too long of a wait
Thank you for continuing to have the option for vehicle pick up on oil changes and other maintenance items. It is so helpful and convenient. The gal that picked up my vehicle was so friendly and helpful. Also, the texting option to set up the appointment is appreciated.
I think Graff has great service and very timely.
