The movers in the field are pretty nice guys but the office does nothing in the event of a claim. We had damaged goods and received the run around for months without returned phone calls or emails. If you have a claim, Be prepaired to deal with 2 or 3 of their insurance companies that all work for each other and shuffle you around. They make you an unrealistic low ball settlement offer and then never even pay that! This company sounds like a major mover with the United name, but subcontracts to other movers to do the work.
