Never use again made an appointment over month ago I called this morning to see what time he was coming said between 11:00 and 1:00 still waiting it’s quarter to 4:00 no one answers phone, surprise he is still in business,
Hired Dan to do some work on the shower. First time, his secretary never gave him the message that we wanted his services. Second time, he couldn't make it. Third time, again couldn't make it. Everyone we dealt with involved with his practice failed us on every level. Not worth doing business with. I have better faith in a Dollar Store pregnancy test.
Had appointment scheduled so took the afternoon off work. They told me they would be there between noon and 3. I called at noon that day to confirm and they said should be there a bit later only to call me at 3 to say the would not make the appointment. Complete waste of my time.
Graf is a great plumber. He's installed my furnace has put in shower stall for me as well as replace piping for that. He is my go-to plumber and for my heating needs as well. He's just a really great guy and good and easy to work with.
