The staff is very friendly and willing to answer questions whenever I have any. The appointments are usually very quick and they’re very accommodating with complex schedules.
We are new patients so our interactions are few so far, however, I have been beyond impressed. From our very first phone call to our initial visit the staff has been OUTSTANDING! Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and inviting, and they made us feel welcome immediately. 10/10 recommend
Dr. Graf and his team are absolutely amazing!! They are super welcoming and friendly!! It was my son's first appointment and it was the most pleasant experience! Dr. Graf took his time and was genuinely interested in my son's case as he is a cleft kid case! He thoroughly explained his assessment in a way that I understood everything! I left with a full understanding of my son's future ortho care and I'm confident I made the right choice in selecting him as my son's permanent orthodontist!
