Almost 2 hours without seeing the Doctor. Horrible service. I was scheduled for a 9:30am appointment and arrived at 9:05am, with having already filled out the new patient forms at home. I understand waiting for a Doctor, so I waited. At 10am I hear them call back someone who came after me (heard her say her appointment was at 10). So i inquired with the receptionist when I would be called as my appointment was at 930 and someone just went in who was after me. I was told she was there to see another Doctor. Dr. Graf has become family! My mother, sister, many friends and I go to her. Her bedside manner is not found anywhere anymore she takes her job seriously! Dr. Graf goes above and beyond to answer any of my questions and honestly you just trust her with your life. My husband is so impressed with how he was alway kept in the loop with al of my procedures. She helped us start the process on my infertility journey and I now have 3 beautiful children!
